EquiSupps is a range of specifically formulated tried and tested equine supplements endorsed by Shelley Brooks, a British Dressage Accredited Coach, BHSII.
Shelley was one of the first 4 coaches to receive a UCKCC level 3 Dressage Specific coaching exam in the UK and today owns and manages one of the most successful equine water treadmills in Essex at Langdale Farm.
As a qualified Equine Body Worker (EBW) who began the water treadmill in 2016, and a competitive dressage rider who has competed to Inter 1 level, Shelley is passionate about her horses' wellbeing. She understands that it is only a horse which feels at their best that can perform at their best.
THE HISTORY
EquiSkin was first used by Shelley in the 1990’s. At the time, the product was owned by Sue Raven and was being used by one of Shelley's liveries. ​The horse suffered from severe sweet-itch and Shelley was so impressed by its results that she began recommending it to others. In 2022 when Sue retired, Shelley couldn't face being without this supplement that she had so readily advocated to owners of horses with all sorts of skin issues. So, she bought the company!
Since then, due to the nature of her water-treadmill business, regularly getting horses back to fitness and health, she has developed further supplements alongside the original manufacturers of EquiSkin to produce both joint and breathing supplements. She has developed these products alongside pharmaceutical experts which are competition legal and that contain high level concentration levels of key ingredients without costing the earth. ​

I have been using EquiSkin for over a year. Ollie suffers with mallanders, skin dermatitis and his legs fill when stabled for too long. Since using this supplement, my horse has fewer mallanders flare ups and they are nowhere near as painful and sore. He hardly has any scabs from skin dermatitis and last winter his legs didn’t fill when stabled more. They say when your horse is happy and healthy on the inside, they will show it in their coat, and he really does have an amazing shine.
